2. Data file can not be found. Try using the Update Pricing feature to obtain a data file.

Click on OK. Go to File>Update Pricing. Click on Download Via Internet and enter your User Name and Password. Local file pricing updates are used by customers who do not have internet access. Contact Gemworld if you do not have internet access. |

Make sure you have an internet connection. Try connectioning to the internet using microsoft explorer. If you have an internet connection and are still unable to update pricing, make sure that you allow 'GP.exe and www.gemguide.net' to your firewall software or security system. |

Passwords are given to all subscribers of GemGuide Pricing when you receive your bi-monthly diamond books. Passwords change every other month. Please keep your current password until you receive a new one. Passwords are also sent via email to all GAS users whenever new price updates are posted.
